Private & Shared Suites
Quiet rooms with operable windows, individual climate controls, and space to bring belongings from home. Bathrooms are fully accessible with walk-in showers.
The architecture matters. So do the smaller things — sunlight in the right places, real wood in the dining room, a porch that catches the afternoon breeze.
Walk through Colonial Manor and you'll notice the things we got right on purpose.
Wide, well-lit hallways. Handrails that don't feel like hospital railings. Common rooms with the kind of windows you actually want to sit beside. A dining room that smells like a kitchen, not a cafeteria. None of it is accidental, and all of it adds up to a place that feels like the home it is.

Family-style tables, real linens, and seasonal menus prepared by our kitchen team. Residents and visiting family are welcome at every meal.
A bright, open space with parallel bars, treadmills, stationary cycles, and the kind of small equipment that builds back daily strength.
Comfortable common spaces for visiting, reading, watching a game, or hosting family events. Each wing has its own quieter sitting area as well.
A landscaped courtyard with shaded seating, raised garden beds residents help maintain, and walking paths that are safe in any weather.
On-site salon services for haircuts, styling, manicures, and the small rituals that help a person feel like themselves.
A private room for family gatherings, birthdays, or quiet conversations — reservable by request, available on a moment's notice.
A small library with large-print books, board games, puzzles, and a comfortable corner for an afternoon read.
Our kitchen is staffed by people who care about food — not a vendor on a delivery contract. Menus rotate seasonally and lean on the kind of dishes that taste like home cooking: pot roast, peach cobbler, real mashed potatoes, the cornbread we keep getting compliments on.
A registered dietitian oversees every menu, working with the kitchen on portion sizes, texture modifications, and dietary needs. Residents on therapeutic diets eat the same flavors as everyone else — adapted, not replaced.
Our activities team plans a daily calendar shaped by who is living here — not a generic template. If our residents like Sooner football, the TV is on Saturday afternoons. If a knitting group forms, we'll find them a regular spot and a basket of yarn.
Participation is always optional, never required. Some residents love a packed day; others prefer the quiet of their own room. Both are equally welcome.
Photos give you an idea — a walkthrough gives you the feel. We'd love to show you around at a time that works for you.
